  1. Do you do Power of Attorney?(Äîâåðåííîñòü)
    - Yes, we provide this service.
  2. Is the first consultation free?
    - The first consultation will be free only if you progress with your legal case with us. Otherwise the consultation is 250 euro.
  3. Do you provide translation during the consultation?
    - With every consultation we provide a translator.
  4. Do you provide support with citizenship applications?
    - Yes, we assist with citizenship application.
  5. Do you represent your clients in Courts, Hospitals, and Social Welfares?
    - Yes, we do that. We are always with our clients!
  6. What do I do if I had an accident at work?
    - Please contact us as soon as possible and we will draft an application to PIAB on your behalf
  7. My employer doesn’t pay holidays, bank holidays?
    - We assist our clients in resolving these issues
  8. I work a lot of overtime and don’t have payslips.
    - We deal with similar matters and most of our cases have been successful
  9. Can I be fired for going to a solicitor?
    - No, never. If you wish we will answer your questions.
  10. What about discrimination at work?
    - Talk to us about this and we will try to help
  11. I am going to buy a house, is it safe to do so without solicitor?
    - All cases are different. But to stay on a safe side you'd better consult your solicitor before buying or selling the property.
  12. I had an operation and now feeling the doctor didn’t do it right---he was negligent.
    - Though medical negligence is a very difficult to prove case but we will look at your personal circumstances and will do our best to support you.
  13. I would like to set out my own business. Do you advise on that?
    - We advise on business issues to majority of our clients and we do not see why you should be an exception!
  14. What if I was involved in a road traffic accident?
    - Contact us as soon as possible. We will help!
  15. My landlord kicked me out of the house.
    - This may happened to anyone. Do not hesitate call into the office and to get a sound advice.
  16. I am working in Ireland and would like to bring my family to live with me.
    - We may find a solution, just give us a call.
  17. My spouse is EU national. What are my rights in Ireland?
    - There are a number of things you are entitled to. To discuss your options, make an appointment to talk about those.
